In early May, Samnytt reported that when Minister of Justice Gunnar Strömmer (M) visited a pharmacy in Stockholm, an incident occurred that required intervention by the Swedish Security Service (Säpo). A man identified as the mastermind behind the 2002 Arlanda robbery entered the store and tried to confront the minister, who was standing in the checkout line – shouting “pig head” and “motherfucker” at the same time. Now, the same gangster profile is once again in the spotlight, this time for allegedly attempting to throw a table at citizen journalist Nick Alinia before a debate.

The video clip involving Gunnar Strömmer was published last Tuesday by Leo Carmona, 53, an immigrant from Chile, better known as “The Chinaman”. According to him, the incident had occurred the day before.

Carmona has previously received media attention for his involvement in the notorious 2002 Arlanda airport robbery, where the perpetrators got away with approximately 40 million kronor – money that was never recovered. Carmona has confessed to his role in the heist and is pointed out as its mastermind. 

In 2003, Carmona was sentenced to life in prison after ordering a murder in Helsinki linked to the robbery. His sentence was later reduced to a fixed term, and he was released in 2021 after serving 16 years.

Parallel to his prison sentence, Carmona has also been active in the music industry and ran a record label focused on gangster rap, with the group Kartellen being one of its most famous acts, fronted by the now Christian figure Sebastian Stakset. Their music glorified gang culture and delivered hostile and threatening messages towards the Sweden Democrats.

Chased the Minister of Justice

When Leo Carmona recently spotted Minister of Justice Gunnar Strömmer during a pharmacy visit in Stockholm, he entered the store, shouted “pig head,” and filmed the event. Apparently, he failed to notice that Säpo was present with bodyguards.

Arlanda Robber: Look, there he is, that pig head. That pig head. Him!

Säpo Bodyguard: So you’re not going to shop, out of here. Out!

Arlanda Robber: Fuck your mothers, you pussies. CIA runners, bastards [spits], you run for the Jews you pussies, traitors – that’s what you are. Motherfuckers!

New Chaos Before Debate

The outspoken music entrepreneur and former life-sentenced gangster Leo Carmona is once again in the spotlight. This time, in connection with a debate with citizen journalist and conservative commentator Nick Alinia. But before the debate could begin, chaos erupted in the studio, where, according to reports, the former gangster tried to throw a table at Alinia.

During the turmoil, Carmona screamed “fuck your mother” at Alinia, while host Victor De Almeida tried to calm the situation and get the debate back on track.

Alinia responded by saying, “The Chinaman can go fuck himself.” Following that, other expressions such as “you little pussy” and “bro, I can fuck you” could also be heard from the former Arlanda robber.

– You think Mossad can help you, you little SD lackey, Carmona yelled in the studio.
