The woman has been reported according to Lex Sarah to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate, Ivo. Although it was considered that a police report should also have been filed, this never happened.

The incident occurred when the nursing assistant was about to wash the elderly man and he fell to the floor. During the fall, he dragged the woman down with him, causing her to land on top of him. The nursing assistant then reportedly shouted at the man, shook him by the shoulders, and struck him in the chest.

According to Mitt i, the nursing assistant was suspended the same day as the incident and was later moved to another department. The management wanted the incident to also be reported to the police.

Ivo is satisfied with the measures that the care home in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, is said to have taken, but points out that it took too long to submit the report. They also believe that the investigation took too long.
