Doctor and local politician Nils Littorin has drawn attention to Malmö City Library displaying LGBTQ-themed materials in the children’s section. Among the books aimed at the youngest visitors is the title “I am Bella – a girl with a penis.”
In a video published on social media, Nils Littorin, leader of the local party Malmölistan, highlights the bookshelf and poses the question:
– What is the city library doing? Why do they have LGBTQ propaganda in the children’s section? The children’s section is for ages zero to maybe eight, meaning children primarily in preschool.
The doctor questions why the municipality is directing material about homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexualism to preschool-aged children. He contends that children at this age do not have adult sexuality and believes the municipality is nonetheless trying to impose such content on them.
– And still, they want to impose ideological, political propaganda from the adult world on them.
The Politicians Have Not Understood Biology
Littorin then goes on to show the book “I am Bella – a girl with a penis” which is in the bookshelf.
– A girl can’t have a penis. Why should we confuse and distort reality? And the Social Democrats, the Green Party, and the Liberals who govern this city have not understood basic biology, he says and continues:
– You can’t attach a penis to a girl and make her a boy. It’s impossible, and that’s why children must be allowed to be children.
Littorin then points out that even in the extremely liberal Sweden, it is not allowed for preschool-aged children to change their legal gender. In light of this, he questions the purpose of these books.
He goes on to say that he believes the content serves those who want us to grow up as insecure, confused, and unstable people.
– Don’t tell children that they should change sex. It’s completely insane.
