In Novus’s December poll, the Moderates fell by almost two percentage points. The party also takes a substantial hit in Demoskop’s December survey, released on Thursday, receiving its lowest rating in more than five years.

The Moderates’ 16.8 percent represents a decline of 1.4 percentage points compared to the previous month. The last time the party was at this level in Demoskop’s polls was in May 2019.

– The agenda is somewhat on their side, with the defense issue and the economy. So it is concerning for the Moderates that they aren’t seeing results, says polling director Johan Martinsson.

The Sweden Democrats are almost five percentage points higher than M, and the situation for the Liberals has worsened further—the party is on its way to dropping below two percent support.
