Women’s safety is ensured when rapists are locked up and when criminal foreigners are put on the first plane home. This is what Ronja Svensson, chairperson for the Sweden Democrats in Åtvidaberg, writes in an opinion piece.

In recent years, the gap between how men and women vote has grown ever larger. While men’s voting patterns have more or less stood still, women have been radicalized to the left. This has also led to increasing problems in finding a partner to start a family with.

The fact that many women choose to vote for parties on the far left, resulting in a continued decline in safety, is questioned by Ronja Svensson, who argues that the Sweden Democrats are the obvious party for women.

“There are parties that like to talk about feminism and women’s safety. Then there are parties that actually do something about it,” she writes in an appendix in Corren, pointing out that women’s safety is not achieved with symbolic politics, quotas, or ‘juice and buns’ policies, but with concrete measures.

The Tidö government’s rapid pace of reform has brought about many such concrete measures, Svensson notes, such as life imprisonment for aggravated rape and stronger restraining orders.

“This is concrete policy that makes a real difference for women,” she stresses.

No More Chances

“People who come to Sweden and commit crimes should not be given more chances; they should not remain in our country,” is the message.

The Sweden Democrats have long said and highlighted what other parties barely dare whisper: women’s safety is threatened both by lax criminal policy and by honor culture. It is impossible to combat the oppression of women if you simultaneously refuse to speak plainly about where it exists or why it exists. The same goes for family policy.

With the Sweden Democrats’ policies, women gain more freedom, more money in their pockets, and a safer daily life, writes Ronja Svensson.

That is why women should vote for the Sweden Democrats. Not because we say the prettiest words, but because we dare to take the fight for women that others do not dare take.
