Samnytt is now introducing major improvements to our subscription system. It is now easier to manage your subscription – and clearer to understand the choices you make when you start it.

A few years ago, Samnytt launched a subscription option for our readers. Before that, we were exclusively funded by donations. That worked well for a long time, but we realized two things: we had no real contact with our readers, and in reality, they got nothing extra in return for choosing to support uncensored media – where Samnytt has been one of the very first, and largest.

So we built a subscription system. Since then, as you’ve probably noticed, we’ve tried to encourage more people to support us. But as our original system turned out to have shortcomings, we have been working on improvements during the winter and spring. Most of these have now been launched.

In short: a system built for you, the reader – smoother, clearer, and more transparent. And we’re not done yet. More improvements are on the way.
