Late on Thursday evening, some individuals amused themselves by firing rockets from a car into horse paddocks in the Scanian countryside. The police are now searching for a vehicle.

It was around 11 p.m. when horse owners alerted the police after a car drove around in Mörarp outside Helsingborg, shooting rockets at several horses.

One of the affected horse owners told Helsingborgs Dagblad that the car from which the shots were fired had a light bar on its roof.

— They fired straight at the horses, the horse owner told the newspaper.

— There were these whistling sounds. They fired along the ground.

According to Kaveh Van Der Knaap Keivan, the police officer on call, the police had a plainclothes resource who tried to find out who the perpetrators were and to stop and check the car.

The search continued throughout the night, but with no results. No further alerts about the car have been received. No one is believed to have been injured during the rocket shootings.
