A major brawl broke out in a parking lot in Västra Frölunda on Sunday evening. According to reports, police were called to the scene after several people were involved in a heated conflict that caused significant commotion.
The police state that the fight reportedly involved individuals from two different families. When the patrols arrived, the situation was described as very tense, with several people present and a strained atmosphere between those involved. The cause of the conflict has not yet been clarified.
Despite the large turmoil, there is no information indicating that anyone was physically injured. However, a report of property damage has been filed after a car was damaged in connection with the incident.
“There were quite a number of people who were angry at each other. The mood was agitated,” says Tony Uvebrant Olsson, duty officer with the police, to GP.
Large Number Involved
According to witnesses, around 15-20 people were involved in the fight. The police worked during the evening to calm the situation and gather information. No information about any arrests or other compulsory measures has been provided.
The incident is being further investigated to clarify what led up to the brawl and whether more crimes may have been committed during the confrontation.
