A recent by-election was held in the British constituency of Gorton and Denton in Greater Manchester, where the Green Party candidate scored a major victory. However, it wasn’t a sudden surge of British interest in the climate behind this success, but yet another example of the impact of mass immigration.
The election was held on February 26 and shook up British politics. It was called after the previous Member of Parliament, Andrew Gwynne, resigned for health reasons. He was serving as an independent at the time after being suspended from Labour.
Hannah Spencer from the Green Party won with just over 40 percent of the vote. This makes her the party’s first Member of Parliament in northern England and their fifth overall.

If it weren’t for immigrants voting Green, Reform UK would have won. That’s the opinion of party leader Nigel Farage, who claims that clan voting is behind the result. He notes that Reform was by far the largest among the British-born voters.
According to current rules, citizens of Commonwealth countries such as Pakistan can participate in British elections as long as they are registered as residing at an address in a UK constituency. Farage promises that if he becomes Prime Minister, he will overturn rules that allow non-citizens to vote in British elections.
The Green Party had focused on Muslim votes and campaigned with a focus on Gaza, accusing Israel of genocide. The party distributed flyers and videos in Urdu and has been accused of inciting hatred and exploiting sectarianism to secure victory for Hannah Spencer.

Illegal Family Voting
Independent election observers reported record levels of so-called “family voting”, where a man enters a polling station with his wife or another relative and tells them how to vote. This is illegal and it was estimated that up to one in eight votes may have been manipulated in this way.
Nigel Farage calls the result “the most blatant example yet of what happens if we are not careful with the effects of mass immigration and with the legitimacy of those allowed to vote in our elections”.
Reform UK has found that ten percent of voters in the constituency were born in Pakistan, and in half of the polling districts more than 20 percent of voters were born abroad.

According to the Green Party, allegations of cheating are “an attempt to undermine the democratic result”.
