In an explosive interview, Polish EU parliamentarian Dominik Tarczyński has spoken about today’s Europe and the continent’s future. He claims that Poland currently functions as Europe’s last line of defense against mass immigration, Islamism, and cultural decline. Despite Poland being governed by an EU-friendly and liberal prime minister, his own party – the conservative Law and Justice – still holds the presidency. Although Hungary is also left out of the discussion, Tarczyński strongly points to Poland as the savior of the challenges and problems facing the EU. He believes that there is still hope to address the continent’s difficulties – but according to him, Sweden is already completely lost.

In the Heretics podcast, with British journalist Andrew Gold, the Polish politician candidly discusses the development in Europe and what is needed to turn it around.

Known for his statement that Poland will not accept ‘even one illegal migrant’, Tarczyński explains why Poland has resisted EU pressure to open its borders to mass immigration from the third world. He argues that other EU countries are now paying the price for the opposite. According to him, political cowardice, the ideology of open borders, and a self-critical culture have transformed former great European nations into shadows of themselves.

– I often receive messages of praise, ‘oh, you are fantastic’, ‘I love your speeches’, ‘you are right’, ‘I can’t say what you say out loud because then I will lose my job’, ‘my family is divided’. You will lose your job, you will lose your family, and you might lose your life if you are cowardly, says Tarczyński, and continues:

– It’s like the first symptoms that something is wrong with your body. Let’s say: oh, I’m in pain, my tooth hurts, but I’m afraid to go to the dentist – and then it becomes a serious problem. The same thing when you get the first symptoms of a very serious illness, cancer or anything else. You know it could be serious, but you are afraid to go to the doctor, and then it’s too late. Don’t let fear stop you. Let’s act now, let’s save Europe.

“Sweden is lost”

The journalist asks Tarczyński how he views countries where mass immigration has gone very far and the problems have become extensive, mentioning Sweden among others. He also wonders if there is any hope at all to save these countries.

Tarczyński is harsh on Sweden, stating that the country is already lost. He points to social problems, increasing crime linked to migration, and so-called ‘no-go zones’ as examples of how the Swedish societal structure has collapsed.

– There is always hope but Sweden is lost. They need a revolution, I don’t like the word, but the state of this country (Sweden note. ed.) after over 100 years of socialism is really bad. No-go zones are a reality, said the EU politician and continued:

– I was told: ‘don’t say we have no-go zones, officially we don’t.’ Of course, you don’t advertise no-go zones, you don’t say it every day, but citizens and people around the world know that there are areas where you don’t go. They would need someone responsible, like Giuliani in New York, with zero tolerance and where zero really means zero.

But I don’t know if they (the Swedes note. ed.) are ready. Sometimes you have to go through a lot of pain to understand what a life without pain is. Poland has been through so much, we were enslaved for so many years. We know what freedom is, and we understand that Nazis, Communists, and now Jihadists will never take over again.

In contrast, he highlights Poland’s zero-tolerance policy towards illegal immigration and sees it as a model for how Europe could be saved.

He criticizes Western European countries’ fixation on ‘tolerance’, which he believes has become a form of surrender – where those who dare to defend national identity are silenced.
