The police have found a body which the authorities believe “with the highest probability” to be 18-year-old Hanna, who has been missing since early January.
During the search operation on Monday, a deceased person was found in the area where the searches had been ongoing in Uddevalla.

The body has not yet been formally identified, but police assess that it is, with the highest probability, the young woman who was reported missing.
The police state that Hanna’s next of kin have been notified of the discovery. At the same time, the authorities emphasize that there is currently nothing to indicate that a crime has been committed, although the circumstances remain unclear.

The search operations for Hanna have been intensive since she was reported missing on January 6th. On January 10th, a large-scale operation was carried out with police and the Armed Forces taking part, together with the volunteer organization Missing People. In total, 17 patrols with a total of 151 volunteers participated.
