Samnytt can reveal that the 26-year-old man suspected of kidnapping and dismembering a 25-year-old woman on the night after Christmas Day, following her disappearance from Rönninge commuter train station, is a convicted pedophile. He has previously attempted to kidnap a ten-year-old girl on her way home from school and possessed tens of thousands of images and videos containing child pornography, as well as pictures of dead female bodies. For this, he served only one and a half years in prison. Afterward, the man moved freely in society and changed his name several times to blend in. He now uses a female first name, which could mean that he may serve any potential prison sentence in a women’s prison according to the gender change law.
It was at 01:26 AM on the night after Christmas Day that the 25-year-old woman arrived at Rönninge commuter train station. She was caught on surveillance cameras at the station, and her phone connected to a cell tower in the area at the same time.

The woman grew up in her parental home in Rönninge but has in recent years lived in Skåne, where she studies at a university. She was probably in Rönninge to celebrate Christmas with her family and was out during what’s known as a homecoming night on Christmas Day. But something happened on her way home from the commuter train station in the winter darkness. The woman never made it home.

Finds Led to Arrest and Body Parts
On the morning after Christmas Day, the family started their own search operation for the woman. They searched, among other areas, near the train station, where her headphones were reportedly found, according to media reports. A hammer, zip ties, and tire tracks from a vehicle are also said to have been discovered, according to Aftonbladet.
The discoveries led police to suspect a crime and launch an extensive search operation with helicopters, police dogs, and other ground resources in the area. Rescue services and civilian actors also assisted police in the search.
The items found at the Rönninge commuter station were sent for analysis to the National Forensic Centre (NFC) in Linköping. It became clear there was a suspected perpetrator of interest to the police. On Saturday, it was reported that the police operation had been reinforced with a prosecutor, which indicated that police were investigating if a crime was behind the disappearance.

On Sunday, the National Police Agency called a press conference with incident commander Max Åkerwall. The police chief then provided an account of the sequence of events and the ongoing search.
In parallel with search efforts visible on the streets and in wooded areas, the police conducted extensive investigative work by processing data, gathering information, and locating the suspect linked to the discoveries.
Police were able to locate the suspected perpetrator even though he was not at his registered address. Surveillance officers were then deployed and followed the 26-year-old man for about ten hours on Saturday, hoping he would lead them to the missing woman.
The man entered a wooded area and police followed him. According to information given to TV4, the officers reportedly witnessed the man handling what is believed to be parts of the woman’s body.
– When we detained the individual, it became apparent that the woman was deceased, Max Åkerwall said at the police press conference.
According to media reports, the man had dismembered the woman and then tried to dispose of her body parts by burying them in a wooded area. There are also reports that additional body parts were hidden in a cabin in Södertälje.

Here Are the Men Who Have Been Arrested
Samnytt can reveal that the 26-year-old man who has been arrested on probable cause and is suspected of murder—and who, according to media reports, has admitted involvement in the act in which the woman was abducted and killed—is the Ekerö pedophile Robin Andersson, formerly known as Robin Säbb Hjerth.
Furthermore, Samnytt can report that Robin Andersson has changed his name several times, most recently adopting a female first name, Vilma Andersson. He has also been assigned protected personal information by the state. It is still unclear whether the female name is connected to a gender change, but it evokes thoughts of the Egyptian transvestite who murdered his children and is now serving his sentence in a women’s prison under the gender change law.

An additional 46-year-old Swedish man has been arrested on suspicion of involvement in the events of the night after Christmas Day. The man is suspected of kidnapping, which is the lower degree of suspicion. Samnytt can also reveal that the 46-year-old is registered in Rönninge, about a ten-minute drive from the commuter train station.

Attempted to Kidnap 10-Year-Old Girl
Robin / Vilma Andersson was previously convicted of attempting to kidnap a ten-year-old girl in a residential area at Mälarvyn on Ekerö, who was on her way home from after-school activities with her sister.
The now suspected dismemberment murderer drove up in a car to the girl and, wearing a disguise and dark clothes, tried to forcibly pull her into the car. However, the girl managed to escape through an unlocked side door. The children sought shelter with another motorist in the area, and Säbb Hjerth / Andersson fled the scene.

During a police search of the perpetrator’s home, over 42,500 child pornographic images were found, along with child pornographic films, as well as pictures of dead and naked women’s bodies, and search history concerning drugging girls and their dead bodies.
The police investigation also found that Säbb Hjerth / Andersson had purchased zip ties and duct tape, as well as a mask to conceal his face—something indicating he was planning to attack children. Zip ties are also reported by Aftonbladet to have been found at the Rönninge train station on the day after Christmas when the 25-year-old woman disappeared.
He was convicted in Solna District Court of attempted kidnapping and aggravated child pornography offenses. Despite the crimes, the court decided that two years and four months in prison was an appropriate sentence. In accordance with the rules of conditional release, the kidnapping pedophile was released back onto the streets after about one year and seven months.
