Although the difference is not huge, the red-green opposition usually tends to be slightly larger in the opinion polls. However, in Riks/Sentio’s January poll, the Sweden Democrats and the government are larger.

The Social Democrats are still the largest with just over 30 percent of the votes. The Sweden Democrats are the second largest with 23.3 percent, achieving their best result in Riks/Sentio’s polls since December 2023.
